APT : "Interface Fictions"

'INTERFACE' focusses on the transparent, but at the same time insistent boundary between a private space called "the inside", and a public space called "the outside". 7 performers from APT will occupy ConflictRoom for one week, and experiment on forms of (in)visibility, intimacy and (mis)communication between them and the outside world.

The daily commuters will be confronted with their practices, functioning at the same time as a disturbance and an invitation, and occasionally breaking out of their well-defined boundaries.

'Interface' aims to work on the exposure and the mapping of the relation between art practice, daily life and community while developping the rules and strategies of "art at work", "the gift", "doing and making" and "belonging".
